How to Order
Ordering from us is simple! Follow these steps to place your wholesale order.
Step 1: Access the Wholesale Price List
Click on the Wholesale Price List (link to your Google Sheet).
Click “Request Edit Access” to fill in your order details.
Step 2: Fill in Your Order Details
Enter your shipping information (Name, Address, Contact Info).
Add the quantity of each plant you’d like to order.
Note: Only orders of 50,000 THB (excluding shipping) will be processed.
Step 3: Receive Invoice & Shipping Calculation
Once we receive your request, we will review your order.
We will send an invoice via email (shipping fee calculated after order completion).
Step 4: Make Payment
Payments can be made via:
Wise (ACH bank transfer, credit card)
Bank Transfer
PayPal (subject to a 6.5% fee)
Once payment is received, we will begin processing your order.
Step 5: Order Processing & Shipping
We will prepare your order after payment confirmation.
Your order will be shipped on the scheduled shipping date, which we will confirm via email.
• Shipping fees will depend on your location and selected shipping method.
• For orders picked up during our vending events, the shipping fee will be waived, and a flat rate of 12,000 THB will be applied.
• Phytosanitary certification is provided free of charge.

Additional Notes
• If your country requires an import permit, please upload it in the Google Sheet or email us.
• If you are in a cold climate, let us know for proper packaging arrangements.
