Shipping:
We ship worldwide with Dragon courier (door-to-door delivery, normally takes about 7-10 days) with phytosanitary certificate. No additional charge to you.
For US customers, we require your Import Permit and Green and Yellow label if you are ordering more than 12 plants. Otherwise, we cannot deliver the plant without these requirements. Please send your Import Permit to greenroomplanter@gmail.com.

USA Domestic Shipping: 
$45 for UPS Express over night - For the order that is placed during the week, your order will be shipped in following week via UPS Express Next Day Air. We will ship out the following week if your order is placed before noon on Sunday. For avoiding your order being held at post office over the weekend. So, we will not ship after Wednesday. Tracking number will be provided after the order is shipped. Plant(s) will be shipped with pot but from shipping stress leaves may drop or turn yellow which is completely normal. We are committed to pack in the best possible way to ensure you will receive your plant in excellent condition. Please let us know via Chat With Us or Email if you have any special shipping requirements.

In-store pickup for US customers:
You can do local pickup at our partner's store in West Covina, California. For in-store pickup, your order will be shipped via air freight (not via Dragon courier) which we will have route every two weeks. The date is not specific every month, you will be notified once reaching to our website. After placing your order, do not forget to contact us via email or WhatsApp that you prefer store pick up. We will arrange everything and keep you informed about the shipping process and the date when you can pick up your order. This should be about 3-5 days after the order has been shipped by air freight.

1. All orders will be shipped with phytosanitary certificate included (it is required for customs clearance in each country). Phytosanitary certificate is free of charge for all our customers.

2. We pack your package with love and care with great efforts & insulation to avoid being damaged by cold weather and ensure the plants will be delivered to you in excellent condition . If you have any special requests & instructions please contact us.

3. Please keep in mind that this is live plant. It may gets browning or dropping leaves in common due to packing stress and hard logistic conditions. However the plant will refresh within 30 days by taking simple care. If you have any questions about taking care the plant when you receive, do not hesitate to contact us.

4. We try the best to deliver plants to you in good condition but in case the plants arrive you in bad condition or being damaged please take photos and inform us within 6 hours after arrival. For more information about this case please thoroughly read our refund policy.
